Commercial Product Manager, Paediatrics

The Etac Paediatrics Business Unit is seeking a commercially driven Product Manager with direct responsibility for the R82 products. It is an opportunity to influence the direction of a global paediatrics portfolio through commercial analysis, customer insight, and strategic product management. The role is well‑suited for a profile who thrives on understanding markets, shaping product strategies, and translating insights into measurable business impact. This position plays a central part in driving profitable growth across international markets.
Your key responsibilities
Drive the commercial strategy to grow revenue for the R82 portfolio.
Manage product life cycle by analyzing market dynamics, competitor insights and funding environments.
Translate commercial and competitive insights into product roadmaps.
Own business cases for new product development.
Manage pricelists and sales tools
Follow-up on product performance across markets and drive commercial improvement initiatives
Drive global roll-out and ensure strong commercial messaging
You will become a part of the Etac Paediatrics Business Unit with direct responsibility for the R82 products. You will report to the Head of Product Management and work alongside a dedicated team of clinical product managers who collaborate closely with you on product strategy, market insight, and development projects. Your key stakeholders also include Marketing and R&D, who form your core partners in development and launch execution. You will engage frequently with our global sales entities and have plenty of opportunities to engage with these during travel.
Your profile
Relevant commercial education (business, marketing, economics or other relevant) or equivalent experience from a commercially focused role.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build and understand pricing models, profitability calculations, and market analyses.
Ability to manage product launches, and commercial follow‑up across international markets.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and engaging with global sales entities and other key stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English is a must and proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
Healthcare or medical device experience is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to engage in international travel 30-50 days a year.
