Junior Analyst & CEO Office Associate
Unique opportunity to accelerate your professional growth from day one
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join as Junior Analyst & CEO Office Associate. An exceptional entry-level role with exposure to the CEO, Group Management and Etac’s owners, Nordstjernan. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an educational background in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field who wants to begin their career close to senior decision-making and learn the business from the inside out.
Your key responsibilities
Business Analysis & Development
Conduct market, financial and operational analyses to support decision-making
Participate in or lead smaller business development analyses or sub-projects
Support strategic and cross-functional projects run within the CEO Office or Group Management
Prepare presentations, reports and executive-level materials for the CEO, Group Management and Board
Collaborate with functions across Etac to gather insights, structure findings and build recommendations
Contribute to the preparation of materials for strategic cycles, leadership meetings and owner interactions
Executive & Operational Support
Support the CEO with coordination, meeting preparation and structured follow-up
Plan and coordinate Group Management meetings
Plan and coordinate Board meetings, including logistics, venues, restaurant bookings and on-site arrangements
Coordinate bi-annual senior leadership meetings and other company-wide management events
Support with travel-related arrangements and coordination for the CEO when needed
Assist with research, background materials and briefing documents
In this role, you will support the CEO and Group Management Team in both operational and analytical work. You will be part of Etac’s Business Development team, reporting to the Head of Business Development.
Although this is a permanent position, we view it as an excellent stepping stone into broader roles in business development, operations, finance, or project leadership within Etac.
Your profile
Newly graduated or early-career talent from Engineering, Business, Economics or a similar field
Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to structure problems, work with data and extract clear insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous internship experience in business analysis, management consulting, finance, strategy or similar areas is a strong advantage
Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong advantage; proficiency in another European language is a plus
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings both structure and initiative to the table. You are proactive, able to prioritize effectively, and comfortable navigating a fast‑moving setting where no two days are the same.
What truly sets you apart is your down‑to‑earth and humble approach. You are highly service‑oriented and just as willing to roll up your sleeves for hands‑on tasks as you are to take on more complex responsibilities. You enjoy being helpful and reliable, and you contribute with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude.
Collaboration comes naturally to you. You build strong working relationships across all parts and levels of an organization, and you know how to communicate clearly and effectively. You are curious, open-minded, and eager to learn — especially across functions — and you thrive when you get the chance to broaden your understanding of the business.
At the same time, you are reliable and organized, with strong attention to detail. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Why this is a great first role?
This position offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your professional growth from day one. You will work in close daily collaboration with the CEO and Etac’s Group Management, giving you direct insights into top‑level decision‑making. You will also gain exposure to the company’s owners, providing a rare window into governance and strategic direction.
In this role, you will be hands-on in both developing and executing strategy, while at the same time building strong analytical skills. You will take on a combination of operational responsibilities and strategic tasks, giving you broad exposure across the entire organization.
After approximately two years, this position serves as a strong platform for continued internal career progression, opening up multiple future pathways within Etac.
