HR Business Partner

We’re strengthening our HR organisation and looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Paediatrics and Patient Handling business areas in Europe.
In this role, you take overall HR responsibility across both units, working closely with local HR teams in Denmark and Poland. You will partner directly with the SVPs and their leadership teams, combining strategic HR support with hands‑on involvement in daily operations. You will drive organisational development, workforce planning, leadership support and help build a consistent, modern HR approach across countries.
As part of our global HR network, you will contribute to groupwide HR processes and help shape Etac’s future HR agenda.
Your key responsibilities
Serve as HR Business Partner for Paediatrics and Patient Handling Europe
Support leaders with organisational development, workforce planning and people decisions
Collaborate closely with local HR team in Poland and Denmark
Deliver day‑to‑day HR support with local teams (recruitment, ER, onboarding, development, change)
Drive or co‑lead groupwide HR processes and projects
You will report to Cecilia Forzelius, Group CHRO.
Your profile
University degree in HR or similar
Experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment
Strong background in HR processes (performance, succession, capability development)
Experience with change and transformation
Preferably experience from a manufacturing environment
Fluent in English and Danish
You prioritise well and stay focused in a broad, fast‑moving environment. You understand business needs and translate them into practical HR solutions. You are comfortable working in matrix and multicountry setups and build strong relationships across functions and locations. You combine solid operational HR delivery with a pragmatic approach to improvements and change. You communicate clearly, support and challenge leaders when needed, and help create clarity in complex situations.
