We are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Processor / Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Services team. This role combines accurate data management with high-quality customer service, ensuring smooth internal operations and a positive experience for our customers.
Your key responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems
Process customer information in line with company procedures and quality standards
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Support the wider Customer Services and Operations teams with administrative tasks and reporting
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies promptly
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and information-security requirements at all times
You will be part of a collaborative Customer Services team that works closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Technical colleagues. The team plays a central role in the organisation, acting as a key point of contact for customers and supporting efficient order processing and data accuracy across the business.

Your profile
Experience, background, and skills
Previous experience in a data processing, administrative, or customer service role (desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Personal qualities and behaviours
You are organised, reliable, and take pride in producing accurate work. You approach tasks methodically, remain calm under pressure, and are comfortable working to procedures while adapting to changing priorities. You enjoy being part of a team, are willing to support colleagues, and demonstrate a customer-focused mindset in everything you do.
