Etac now needs to strengthen the Group Consolidation & Reporting team within Group Finance and is therefore looking for a Group Financial Controller. Group Consolidation & Reporting is responsible for consolidating the Group’s financial reporting, including preparing the Group´s external and internal financial reporting and ensuring compliance with Swedish accounting and reporting standards, rules, and recommendations.
You will be part of a high-performing team, working with core strategic, operational, and financial questions in a very successful company. Furthermore, the organization is in an exciting phase with continuous development of processes with the help of new technology and digitalization.
The Group Financial Controller will be a key player in the preparation of the Group financial reporting and accounting, and financial systems as well as having an important role in the development of corporate financial processes. The position will report to the Head of Group Finance and be part of our finance team of 12 colleagues, which includes Group financial reporting, accounting, and finance/business projects. The position is located at the Group’s head office in Kista, Stockholm.
Your Responsibilities
You will primarily be responsible for the following areas:
- Group monthly consolidation and financial reporting
- Administrate and develop Group financial reporting system, Aaro, including End-user training
- Preparation of financial analysis and financial reports to senior management, owner, and other external stakeholders
- Preparation and consolidating of forecasts and budget reporting for the Group
- Support local finance teams in Group reporting and accounting matters
- Developing and implementing Group financial reporting requirements and accounting policies Group-wide. Etac Group is reporting by the Swedish accounting rules K3 and ÅRL.
- Drive and contribute to implementing Group Finance projects and initiatives
- Coordinate external and internal audits.
Your Profile
You have a university degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting or Finance, and at least 3 years of experience working with Group accounting, including experiences from the consolidation of a multinational company. You have a solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting standards and regulations as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office packages (mainly Excel and PowerPoint). You have a sound knowledge of working in a larger consolidation system (Aaro is considered a plus). You are fluent in English.
